The right entrance
Start with the doorway that connects to the route, rather than an address pin alone.
THE ADDRESS IS JUST THE BEGINNING
A clearer way through buildings, built around the routes people actually walk.
Meet Wafindor. Indoor route recording, tools to understand every walk, and a community concept that turns everyday deliveries into shared knowledge.

THE LAST PART OF THE JOURNEY
An entrance, a corridor, a change of floor. These small details can make the difference between knowing the address and understanding the route.
Start with the doorway that connects to the route, rather than an address pin alone.
Make turns, corridors, and floor transitions part of the same journey.
Keep the destination in context, all the way from the entrance to the door.
ONE PROJECT. THREE CONNECTED PERSPECTIVES.
Record the journey. Understand the route. Explore how a community could help the next person find their way.
Wafindor Mobile records indoor walks using the phone’s motion sensors. Browse routes by address, inspect the journey, and follow routes once their building map is reviewed and published.

The dashboard makes indoor route data inspectable. Review recorded sessions, replay a walk, explore its 3D trajectory, and see how observations relate to an address.

Wafindor Crowd explores a simple idea: the routes couriers already walk could help build maps for others. Its prototype brings contribution, community checks, and rewards into one experience.

A ROUTE, NOT JUST A PIN
A useful indoor route connects the entrance, the turns, and the destination. Explore this illustration to see the kind of context Wafindor is designed to capture.
INTRODUCING WAFINDOR CROWD
What if a route you walked today could help someone find their way tomorrow?
Wafindor Crowd explores how delivery routines could become a source of indoor mapping knowledge. Couriers contribute a walk, observations are checked, and useful contributions could earn a reward.
Capture the route during an existing delivery.
Compare independent observations before map review.
Explore rewards for useful, verified route data.
Interactive prototype. Recording, matching, map publication, and payments are simulated; production integration is the next step.

LOOK CLOSER
The project already has a working Android app and a dashboard for recorded walks. Explore the refreshed interfaces and the data behind them.

BUILT WITH INTENTION
The Android recording workflow uses motion sensors to understand a walk, without depending on camera capture.
Recorded walks, route geometry, and map review make the underlying evidence available for inspection.
The Crowd concept explores independent contributions and a reward model, with field validation and production integration still ahead.
A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT
Wafindor is an indoor route project built around the path from a building entrance to a destination. It combines an Android app for recording and viewing routes, a web dashboard for inspecting walk data, and Wafindor Crowd, a prototype contribution experience.
The Android app and dashboard work with existing recorded walks and route data. This page shows authentic screens from both. The interactive route illustration is conceptual, and Crowd is a frontend prototype with simulated tracking, matching, and rewards.
The Android app records phone motion and walking observations, including steps and estimated floor changes. Those records can be inspected in the dashboard. Experimental routes are identified separately from reviewed, published maps.
The concept lets couriers contribute routes during deliveries, compare independent observations, and explore rewards for useful contributions. The prototype demonstrates that journey; sensor tracking, identity checks, matching, publishing, and payments still require production integration.
Yes. A focused pilot could explore a delivery workflow, route capture, and field validation in selected buildings. Contact Wafindor to start a conversation.
